During a summer research internship at the Hand and Machine Lab at UNM, I made Python libraries that generate GCode for 3D printers and visualized the tool path in Rhino3D. One of these libraries was a parameterized bump-generator called Spiral Cup (center front).

SpiralCup

This library creates a spiral of geometric bumps on the exterior surface of a cup. The bump placement, size, shape are all parameters that can be modified in Rhino3D.
